All products should be returned in original packing materials, retail box, UPC or other original items.

If you receive a DOA (Dead on Arrival) item, or you could like to request a payment refund, please contact us within 14 days.
Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted unless authorization has been issued by Chili Inc. Customer Service Department. To receive an RMA (Returns Merchandise Authorization) number please go through our RMA Process, and we will send you an email include RMA number and the procedure of return. Please include a copy or the original invoice during return.
A return item without an RMA number on box will not be accepted by our warehouse.
Posting NEGATIVE FEEDBACK before giving us the opportunity to repair or replace the item will result in void of warranty.
